My families overall experience with Veterans Financial, Inc. was great. The helped us learn about the benefits, provided us the forms, answered all of our questions on multiple calls and never charged us a penny. My Mom has Alzheimer's like the comment below, so the VA did their delay tactics. We called Veterans Financial and they walked us through the whole Fiduciary process without much headache. Be careful – This company is trying to help you but please use your own judgment in filing the forms. We used this company and really regret it. Yes, they got my dad benefits, but at a great cost to him. They talked to the doctor who was filling out the forms and convinced him to put some stuff on the form that he wasn't going to put on there originally. And now they are trying to declare my dad incompetent, all because of what this stupid consultant told the doctor to write on the form. It's absurd, and now my father has to... read more
