I see VBAC is ceasing operation. If I could give them no stars I would, paid the fees for my aunt back in 2020, with limited to no communications regarding submitted forms or timelines. Sent them the required fees, but little to no help in getting my aunt's benefit claim processed. I finally took the process over myself, visited a VA office and she started receiving benefits. They were recommended to me but wound up wasting $700 of my aunt's money. Glad they are stopping operation.

Scam They do not return phone calls. They do not return emails. I paid, in full, 10 months ago. I call every day. I email every day. No response.

Completed all the paperwork, paid them over 700.00, and stressed expediting Dad's claim to the VA since he was a 95yr old veteran of WWII, had endured 2 strokes, and was in a care-facility. The "national director" assured me they'd expedite his claim, then my Dad passed shortly over a month later. For almost a year after Dad's death she claimed both the letter of intent & claim had been filed however the VA would acknowledge only the letter of intent.
