Just know that if you talk to these people, you’re talking to the VA’s HR department. Even though they have men & women in their with patches “working” they are not like us.
I've been to many different VA buildings, the worst being in Washington State & Arizona. The VA Staff that I met with in Boise ID, have been the very best thus far! Informative, professional, courteous, helpful and provided info I'd never been told before! They are true Advocates for those trying to navigate the VA system. If you don't know the questions to ask?
