I will open by saying Mr Rutherford is very helpful but his associate is the most condescending and rude person I have ever met. If you cannot deal with Mr Rutherford, go to another state office. She is the VA employee that gives the VA such a bad reputation for supporting veterans.
I am a veterans wife I was disappointed the Morgan county office was rated a 3. I know for a fact that Mr. Anthony Robinson knows how to collaborate with others effectively as well professionally to find solutions to problems in helping veterans. Mr. Anthony Robinson does more than recognize the needs of veterans and others. He always reaches out and is always readily available, to lend a helping hand and though I do not work there I know he continuously produces more than expected.
