Bedford County TN Veteran Service Officers Michael Ruess and Benjamin Eley really care and they try to help those in need. Each understands the difficulties surrounding Veterans and the tangled paperwork of the Government “Red Tape”, policies and such. They take the time to wind through the entangled mess for the outcome one is looking for and I thank them for their services, and that of Bedford County Mayor Chad Graham. We salute the entire team! They never returned my call. We probanly need to replace and staff with those who anwser vet calls.
Sweet, calming, helpful, staff. Helped when I was upset and when I needed a strong, safe place. Getting the paperwork together is hard but these ladies made the process easier. Thank you.
