Made an appointment on Friday. Scheduled for pickup on Monday at 830am for the veterans hospital. No show call the taxi company on hold for 25 minutes. I hang up I will never used this taxi service again notifying friends and family and veterans make other arrangements .I can't submit this review without giving a star so I gave 1 star out of five.
