The worst. Canceled at the last minute on my handicapped relative who was waiting with their Aide for the ride to show up. Now she probably has to wait another 3 months for an appointment. If you drivers don't wanna drive all the way out to certain places, don't accept the client in the first place. This is the second time this has happened to my relative, and the LAST time.
