Not happy with the way the closing process was handled by management, which is why I have listed 1 star. That said, if you do work with VestedBB ask for Lord - as he is highly professional and stays on top of the process, working very closely with clients trying to sell their business and endless amounts of buyers. Lord - 5 stars. Management - 0 stars.

I cancelled my subscription back in March due to the lack of available businesses and unresponsive brokers. I received a confirmation of cancellation, yet I was still charged for the subscription for the following three months. In June, I contacted customer service and was told I would receive a refund. Despite following up via email every couple of weeks, I have yet to receive it. The lack of accountability and poor communication has been extremely disappointing. Avoid them at all costs.

Paying to get business info is a joke. NDA is one thing. This is obviously a scam. Other reviews say if you do pay the “premium” registration, no one ever responds to you to cancel it. Sellerd and buyers stay away.

What kind of broker makes you pay for an address of a business for sale? I showed interest in a business and received an email from Laura Marie Ali. She told me I had to go back to the website and follow the steps, which is to pay for a premium membership in Vested business to get an address of a business for sale. Who would list their business with this company and then expect people to pay to get information. Go to another website if you are looking. There are plenty of legitimate brokers.
