Michelle is a great yoga instructor!. This was my 2nd Blues Bnder & I attended all yoga sessions at both Benders. I plan on doing the same next year. It was a perfect way to start the day!!!
I had the opportunity to practice with Michelle each morning during the annual Big Blues Bender in Las Vegas. Even though there were nearly 100 people in the practice it felt very intimate. It was the perfect way to start the day. My only “issue” is that I have to wait a whole year before I get to do it again!
I found this place by chance. I always preferred gongs over sound bowls. But I gave it a chance. She’s won me over. It’s amazing what a difference someone knowing how to actually play the bowls well makes. Her playing is the most beautiful I have heard and experienced. Great place for meditation and cleansing. I’ve been to many places like this. This one is the best bowl playing I’ve experienced. Amazing. Glad I found the place by chance. Went a couple time so far. Planning on making some more visits
Went for a sound bath. Amazing experience!!! Highly recommend it.
Wonderful massage with red light therapy. I booked my next visit before I left!
