Ok, look. I am sure, like the rest of humanity, that people in all jobs have bad days. But this morning, I had to make a change of address for my taxes and I called the Vestal Tax Receiver, she picked up immediately and was so chipper and pleasant! She informed me that she couldn't make the change but that she would check the current address and then if it needed to be changed, that she would connect me over to the Assessor's Office. What an awful person. This man is a serial liar. He says that all of our condition issues are personal preference and marketing of our home and do not affect the value. He ignored our purchase price and our appraisal. He continuously treated us like we were young, inept, unintelligent people. He referred to me as Miss Mathematician.
