Can’t believe this place has reopened, the staff treated me like I was dumb, not supportive and belittled me. The Manager was hardly onsite and when she was, she would belittle the staff and cause friction between the young people. Complaints don’t get dealt with and the young people are violent and get away with assaulting staff. Mainly agency workers worked here as main staff always went off Ill, causing unsettlement within the young people. Avoid at all costs
