Huge disappointment. Sent different grater then pictured. Pesto was sub par. Way to expensive. BEWARE.
BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Spend your money elsewhere. First, my son ordered two Moroccan poufs. The first arrived with a broken zipper (thank goodness there are two). The second had failed stitching in the sidewall (a gaping hole that we now have to try to repair). The customer service is nonexistent, and when my son posted a review that was, naturally, very negative, they deleted the post. Not only does this company sell overpriced, poorly constructed products, they have the ethics of a bank robber.
This is my second item ordered from Verve, such a nice selection and variety of high quality products! Excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly. My wife and I are in love of the brand and their friendly customer assistance, definitely will be ordering more from them. This time I got the Handblown glasses in aqua, and they are really good looking and have a nice weight to it.
Verve Culture truly produces out of the ordinary must have products that add quality of life, they care about their customers with to the mat resolution of any issue. I began purchasing their Thai line of food products, then found their awesome Moroccan straw tote (now have purchased one for each of my grown children). The Moroccan bowls are a tabletop treasure.
Incredible products straight from local artisans around the globe. Love that this place is giving small family businesses a chance to scale their craft!
