We went Saturday evening for a birthday It wasn’t too crowded. The staff was great. Matt trained us and showed us around and was super helpful.

Last night, I went back to Vertical Endeavors after at least five years of being away. What was incredible was that they still had my punch cards on file AND they let me use them not only for myself, but for the group with me. It meant a lot to me - and saved me a lot of money. Thank you so much Vertical Endeavors! You made my day.

Nice gym. Questionable safety practices and inconvenient for families. The good: this gym packs a variety of climbs and wall topographies into a small space and it makes it much easier to climb in the St. Paul area. The chipped-rubber floor is squishy and provides a relatively soft landing when descending on top rope. The bad. Inconvenience. This gym makes you retest your belay every four months if you don't come in. Great place for recreation and exercise. The facility is clean, the staff are friendly, and the orientation makes it very beginner-friendly. I do wish there were more auto-belay routes for people who don’t have a partner or don’t want to belay. We had a great time.
