Started climbing at multiple VE locations, and this location has the best and most friendly staff. They’re knowledgeable and friendly. They’re always happy to give you any information you need related to climbing. I live closer to the other location, but always willing to drive to STP because I love the staff there.

We went Saturday evening for a birthday It wasn’t too crowded. The staff was great. Matt trained us and showed us around and was super helpful.

Last night, I went back to Vertical Endeavors after at least five years of being away. What was incredible was that they still had my punch cards on file AND they let me use them not only for myself, but for the group with me. It meant a lot to me - and saved me a lot of money. Thank you so much Vertical Endeavors! You made my day.

Nice gym. Questionable safety practices and inconvenient for families. The good: this gym packs a variety of climbs and wall topographies into a small space and it makes it much easier to climb in the St. Paul area. The chipped-rubber floor is squishy and provides a relatively soft landing when descending on top rope. The bad. Inconvenience.
