I am a large Dealer for Vertical Communications. There Tech Support is incredible and there willingness to help the customer is incredible . Proud to be a dealer with them and look foward to continuing our business relationship !
Customer Service and Project Management are very disappointing. Their main customer service center and their remote access engineers are based out of the East Coast and not always available during work hours for an Arizona company.
