Decent for teaching basics and getting into shape at a reasonable variety of prices options to fit everyone. They could use more classes for beginners with less rigorous activities for those of us that have medical conditions or may just not be quite there physically yet and need conditioning first. But all around I recommend Vertica South Tucson for Pole Fitness!!! Great experiences almost everytime!
