Update - April 4, 2023 Updating the review to say that I received the rest of my order and that it was installed. After I posted this review, I was immediately contacted by the team and they kept me up to date about what was up. Ultimately, I think what happened to me was a special case and was influenced by many unfortunate factors. My shades look great and I'm happy with the finished results. Donc, je suis toujours en attente de la livraison, mais je suis satisfait d'être tenu au courant. The store has been closed for renovations and I have had questions to resolve. Yassine, one of the members of their team was so helpful each time. Valuable members of the team such as him are priceless. As a customer, my experience with him saved the day.
We ordered blinds from this store last November and received them quite rapidly but they were the wrong colour. And since then no one returns calls. The last contact has been in February. The store is closed for renovations. They are holding a 50% deposit and I cannot get blinds for the last 7 months. It is completely ridiculous and I will file a report with the Office de la Protection des Consommateur. Very frustrating!
Just don’t waste your time. Move on to your next option.
