Honestly, I wasn't too sure about shopping for blinds on such a huge scale but the representative 'Hal' really knew his stuff and was able to get my order in faster than expected and really walked me through the whole process step for step. He even went as far to show up for my installation. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. 10/10 will shop here again. Simply the best

Terrific customer service! Hal came to the house within an hour of a call for a blind repair. He checked all blinds for issues and found several that weren’t working properly in addition to the one I noticed was having issues. Hal is friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend him highly enough!!
Hal and the team are awesome, I first dealt with them to repair my shades in my first condo and the service was A1. Then bought all my shades from them when I moved and I’d refer them to everyone. The price and service is unbeatable, I’ve had to service one item two times and it was a concierge like experience with the VertiKal team.
