This company takes advantage of the consumers, their contracts are designed to rip off consumers, after being a client for more than 10 Years we are still in a "Contract" and needed to request the cancellation of the service 60 days in advance (Per their Legal Team). To start with, their QQ Catalyst system is really sub-standard compared to other systems that provide the same type of service.
