My love for Versace luxury evaporated today once I encountered Alex aka:store manager . I was returning the bag I purchased less than 24 days ago ,i never used the bag and Alex questioned my integrity. I was so embarrassed and felt uncomfortable. Alex has no bustiness in a luxury store .ok Versace you lost one of your best customer.

I’ve been a regular customer and have always appreciated the style of their products, but I’m really disappointed with the quality and customer service this time around. I purchased a bag that was close to $1,000, and after barely starting to use it, the chain broke off. I reached out to see if it could be repaired even at my own expense because it seemed like a defect. The store is nice, but the customer service from Alex was extremely disappointing. When I asked for help, Alex refused to assist me, and when I brought up my concern, he went as far as threatening to decline providing customer service and the purchase of items. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope store owners address this issue, as customers should be treated with respect and courtesy.

We had a very disappointing experience at this store. The manager, ALEX, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all. We came in expecting basic customer service, but instead were met with attitude and zero willingness to assist. This is not the way to do business. If you absolutely have to shop here, make sure you are NOT dealing with ALEX. Otherwise, I’d strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.
