When I walked into the showroom with my small dog the sales woman told me from across the room to take my pet outside.
Wonderful customers sales associates very helpful pleasant to deal with .so many beautiful home wares exceptional quality pieces finished to the highest level.
I’ve been to this showroom twice. Both times I was followed by the same sales assistant for the entire duration of my visit. This has never happened to me before in a luxury store. It was the reason why I chose not to make a purchase. The store also had dusty shelving plus bubble wrap laying around for pick packing parcels. A rather sad experience to endure from one of my favourite brands.
