I recently visited the Versace store at the Premium Outlets to have the bracelet of my new Versace watch tightened. The watch was purchased at other retailer, but it is a genuine Versace product. Unfortunately, the store refused to assist simply because the watch was not purchased from their store. I usually have a good experience shopping here, and all of the other employees are friendly and helpful. However, there is one cashier (I believe her name is Melisah, or something similar) whose customer service has been consistently disappointing. Every time I have been assisted by her, she has come across as rude and unwelcoming. Great first experience at Versace, the staff were very helpful and welcoming, insightful and made it comfortable to shop there unlike some designer stores (Gucci cough cough) will definitely return again soon. The store also looks cool and fits Versace to a T. Check out the outlet, highly recommend!

Was helped out by Bali today and he was very attentive and helpful . Explained everything in detail and would highly recommend going to him for any purchase.
