Went into Versace just to browse, and the experience was extremely uncomfortable. From the moment we walked in, staff followed us around closely, making us feel like we were being watched as if we were about to steal something. It honestly felt degrading. We took a quick selfie inside the store and were rudely told not to take photos, with zero courtesy or explanation. This brand has terrible customer service compared to its competitors. We had a break and enter and I have been trying to get the receipt from them for 3 months with no success. I called twice, spoke with two different store attendants, and was hung up on by the second store attendant. When I called back, they would not pick up the phone. They keep telling me I have to contact headquarters for the receipt, and I would contact headquarters, who would then tell me I have to contact the boutique.
