It’s one to one service here,we were treated with care and respect here from the lady who took us. I had a very good impression and experience with this brand.
The worst costumer service from any luxury brand that I have experienced… after 1 use the sole for a $950 shoe is already coming off
Although I didn’t not purchase anything. The ladies were amazing. They greeted us on the way in and out. I tried on mult sun glasses but was undecided. They provided no pressure and said we are here once you decide. Amazing service and down to earth staff.
I'm not sure why the store employee needs to belittle you when you are trying to return at a "brand" store. I mean bro ! Same person talks so differently when you are purchasing. Turns out Versace is one of the few high-end brands that doesn't offer a full return.
