My husband and I keep going back to Versace. Cecilia Diaz always greets us with her sweet smile. Her customer service is impeccable. Because she shows us what they have to offer, we always end up with an item or two even if we didn’t have any plans of buying. Cecilia is the reason why Versace is always a must for us every time we go to Livermore. She is for keeps.
Good place for shopping
Jacob was so helpful and warm. He provided excellent service and gave great recommendations when we could not make a decision.
I love this Versace store but they have extremely poor staff with bad attitude and poor careless store management. If in case you go there to shop stay away from store associate Jacob R. He is terrible. Store manager Jhules doesn’t care about her customers or their satisfaction. She is more concerned about getting her store load done and inventory tasks.
