So let’s talk about my most recent experience with this store. My and I went in and saw a very cute pair of booties on display, and when trying on the bootie, we noticed on the inside of the strap, they used a silver sharpie and wrote a 6. As a loyal Versace customer, I’ve built an extensive collection of handbags, shoes, clothing, and accessories over the years. However, I will no longer be shopping at this location now that Gilbert is no longer there. He is an exceptional sales professional who truly made every shopping experience special. I’m deeply disappointed to learn of his departure, and I believe the circumstances deserve a closer look. Interesting. I’ve purchased SEVERAL items from Gilbert, who is an AMAZING sales professional. Versace is lucky to have him and I just learned that he is no longer with the company. I will no longer be shopping at this location. How come people get rid of the BEST, management at this location should be INVESTIGATED!
Staff has a big head and forgets this is an outlet mall. Coming from Miami Florida, shopping at the number one mall in America Hermes, Tiffany, Porsche store ect…. didn’t even get treated like that THERE.
