Riccardo is honestly the reason I love going into Versace. His energy is immaculate, and every single time I walk into the store, I genuinely feel like I’m going to see a friend. Went out searching for my first luxury bag at the King of Prussia mall. Versace was my first stop and it ended up being my pick. Marice was AWESOME! He was so helpful and gave great customer service. My husband and I don't look like we could afford a luxury bag and the other stores I went to made me believe I wasn't worthy of one. Had a customer call and asked if we could help her with the Versace emblem on a pair of glasses. Now she told me that the Versace store said to call sunglass hut, help the lady don’t turn her away. Or you could have told her she can go to the sunglass store there in KOP. She’s coming to me at my store, as I never knew a Versace store existed in a mall and now I feel bad if she’s coming from KOP.
