Diego was absolutely amazing! This was truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, especially at a designer store. He was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the different types of leather, styles, and craftsmanship. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire experience feel welcoming, personal, and never rushed. Diego is a true reflection of exceptional luxury service. Very disappointing experience at the Versace outlet. I simply asked the salesperson whether the item came with a warranty. Instead of giving me a professional answer, the response I received was, “Who told you outlet sale items have a warranty?” I found this response extremely dismissive, disrespectful, and unnecessarily condescending. I was simply asking a reasonable question about a product I was considering purchasing. A straightforward explanation of the warranty policy would have been more than enough.
Very disappointing experience at this Versace location. One of the Indian female employee I dealt with was extremely rude and had very poor manners. She acted as though she was above the customers, and her attitude came across as arrogant and completely unprofessional. Today I go there, and I am extremely disappointed with customer service. They don’t give chance to customers for looking products and they just focus on asking questions ’do you want to buy anything from there’ it’s very disrespectful for everyone. If customer like anything they will inform you and buy from you store. All salesperson have extremely bad customer service experience and attitude.
