Rianna provided exceptional service during my visit on September 3, 2026, at approximately 5:30 PM. Her efforts in assisting me with locating a shirt were outstanding, and I found her demeanor to be both courteous and highly supportive. She's absolutely Majestic.
⭐ $2,000+ VERSACE BAG BROKE AFTER TWO MONTHS — AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER FOLLOWED UP I purchased a Versace handbag priced for over $2,000 in April 2026. By June 2026, only about TWO MONTHS later, the strap broke. The store refused to repair it at no cost because it was beyond 30 days and told me I would have to pay for the repair myself. I then contacted Versace Client Services in July 2026 to escalate the issue. I was expecting someone to review the quality of the bag and contact me with a resolution. First off this store and staff do an amazing job at sales and people skills. Don’t forget this is a LUXURY brand ! There is a certain cliental here and manners customers should have. If you CANT afford it don’t even look in the store! I got my beautiful top of the line Versace bag here. See my Picture added to the review. Will be coming back.
