I came into the Chadstone store while I was on holiday, Ernest was amazing from the moment I walked in, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for me, without making me feel rushed. Ernest made my visit a positive and memorable experience.
I’ve received excellent service from Niku and also the Store Manager at the Chadstone store on two occasions now. I had to exchange a watch and they couldn’t have been more pleasant or helpful to deal with. This sort of customer experience is why I will recommend this store to my family and friends and I look forward to returning.

Not true professional just polite sales people Sold my husband a top too small for him telling him it look good .she also asked inappropriate questions , for small talk . Please hire professional sales people, especially for the amount of $$$$ these items are .
