Almost didn’t want to leave the store I was having so much fun. Came in with my newborn and Ernest was so so accomodating, I wanted to try on shoes and my baby started crying so he offered to hold her so I was able to walk around the store and browse, the staff assisted me in loosening the laces while they got me a bottle of fresh water. I came into the Chadstone store while I was on holiday, Ernest was amazing from the moment I walked in, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for me, without making me feel rushed. Ernest made my visit a positive and memorable experience.
I’ve received excellent service from Niku and also the Store Manager at the Chadstone store on two occasions now. I had to exchange a watch and they couldn’t have been more pleasant or helpful to deal with. This sort of customer experience is why I will recommend this store to my family and friends and I look forward to returning.
