Amazing service for Lai and Lillian with no pressure. Ive been twice in two days and the service has been impeccable. They even remembered my name and that it was my daughters birthday. Service is everything for me and they delivered

Had a terrible experience with the versace online store, to the point where it’s been 4 months and still haven’t gotten what I ordered, was sent someone else’s refunded product, wrong product wrong size and support team was very unhelpful and was ready to cut my losses with the brand all together but decided I would give them one last try while on holiday here in Melbourne. Really nice staff. She was very patient, friendly and professional, and helped me find the perfect sunglasses. Very attentive service. She made the whole experience very comfortable.
