They really need to hire new people at this store location. The ones who work there are the rudest and most condescending people I've ever met. I'm used to shopping at designer stores and the customer service and personalities have always been amazing...until I came here. They're not a good representation of Versace and what this brand stands for.
Gabriella was incredibly helpful throughout my order process. She followed up with me when I had trouble locating an item and patiently walked me through completing my payment online. Never again Im buying a handbag from that boutique. I ordered a handbag and when I received it the handbag was damaged. I returned to speak to the manager so I can have an exchange and the manager was rude disrespectful and had a nasty attitude. Also Abdon and Daniel were rude and disrespectful as well. I had to call customer service to let them know they are selling damaged handbags to their customers and report the horrible attitude of the store manager.
Nice store . Clean . Daniel helped me and I'm pleased shopping here . Thank you guys
