Thanks to all the nice & polite staff @ Elmwood Residence for there hard work and taking care of my mother, she's just adjusting to the place after only beiing there for two weeks; She is my angel mom. 😇 amen.
I think the PSWS work very hard and do their absolute best in most cases, but they are short staffed constantly and costs for proper care keep getting cut back. Director will do anything to save money and not keep management if they don't follow her program or "care too much". Residents NEED an advocate!
