Very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt like my questions were an inconvenience, and the interaction was unpleasant from start to finish. I expected to be treated with basic courtesy, but instead I left feeling unwelcome. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this business based on the customer service I received

Excellent customer service and wide choice of various tiles. Maria, Tiffany and Sydney could not have been of better in helping my wife and I choose tiles. Overall, very satisfied supporting a local business, especially when they take great pride in what they do and to ensure every customer is satisfied. Highly recommend.
I wish I could give zero stars. Look at how they left the countertops and windowsill that was paid for IN FULL. Horrible customer service and horrible work. Unsure how they receive any positive reviews. Update: I too have photo proof. The first time measured was right after the countertops were done. Then we were told you needed to remeasure after finding the size of leftover material, after which we were told we needed to fix a few things.
