Nothing but good things to say about Verrazano tile! From the second we walked in the store- the man on the floor was happy to help us and go out of his way to show us the million things we were asking to see. Very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt like my questions were an inconvenience, and the interaction was unpleasant from start to finish. After visiting a few different places, I walked into Verrazano Tile in Staten Island — and from that moment on, the experience was completely different. Maria greeted Kristina and me like family. Excellent customer service and wide choice of various tiles. Maria, Tiffany and Sydney could not have been of better in helping my wife and I choose tiles. Overall, very satisfied supporting a local business, especially when they take great pride in what they do and to ensure every customer is satisfied. Highly recommend.
