I wish I could give zero stars. Look at how they left the countertops and windowsill that was paid for IN FULL. Horrible customer service and horrible work. Unsure how they receive any positive reviews. Update: I too have photo proof. The first time measured was right after the countertops were done. Then we were told you needed to remeasure after finding the size of leftover material, after which we were told we needed to fix a few things. Been going to Verrazano since early 2000’s, over 20 plus years. I can always rely on them to get whatever I need at the best prices. The quality and workmanship is top notch.
From start to finish, Verrazano Tile is an amazing store with the greatest people who work there. From the minute I walked in and met Lauren, she made this stressful task an enjoyable process. She is patient, knowledgeable, helpful and just an awesome woman to work with. She helped me make so many decisions and walked me through the entire remodeling of my home with ease and expertise.
