Veronica saved the day. She was very helpful in repairing my jeans that were poorly repaired by someone else. She was rapid and the repairs were 100% spot on. Her prices are spot on what they should be.
I dropped a coat off for zipper replacement and she never called me to let me know the work was complete. When I called she claimed no knowledge of ever receiving it! I never got my coat back, nor any reimbursement. That's not a good business practice!
Veronica is friendly and accommodating in the work. Great prices too.
