Called Veronica about a traffic citation and she took my call and gave me good direction without charging me anything. It was very helpful.
My grandma has been trying to set up a trust fund. Veronica was quick to set up the appointment. Left us with some questions to answer later. Tried numerous times to call her cause we had questions about the answers we needed, she wouldn't return our calls at all. And when I asked the front desk lady she got a big attitude with me.
