THEY DONT TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES! Horrible service, save yourself from a big headache. Sandra made my taxes back in April, she submitted my son’s information wrong (which she didn’t tell me) I got a called from the office the next day stating that someone else had claimed my son. I confirmed his information and they confirmed it was correct. When I finally noticed my son’s information was wrong I called them.
