Richard is exceptional. He has helped us for several years with filing, answering questions, etc. His response time is quick and he’s always attentive. He is highly recommended in this household.
If I could rate this 0 stars I would. He seem very professional at first but he also didn’t wear his mask because he felt like since he got his first shot of Covid-19 vaccine then you don’t have to wear a mask which is not true at all but I looked pass that because I just really needed my taxes done. I forgot to bring my bank information with me so I provided it through the phone and he forgot one number on my account so my taxes never got deposited into my account so I had to wait at least 5 weeks to receive a paper check t... read more
Horrible experience. He never filed my tax return! After finding out this I have called multiple times over multiple months only for him to say he will look into. Still don't have an answer of what happened to this day. He probably lost my paperwork! Currently dealing with IRS and fines. Absolute nightmare!
