we’ve had couches from Rooms To Go for 20+ years and they still look like new. We got couches from Vero Furniture Mart and they were very expensive but obviously cheap quality. See attached pictures. We went to the store and spoke with a few people to try and get it fixed or to return it but no help. Just wanted to let future customers know to be aware.
Great place for furniture. Love the easy street parking and downtown location. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and helpful. Old school manners.
