They were just wonderful and helpful she deserves a pat on the back and a good job
I was attempting to get information from the front desk about what the process is to get a citation dismissed, and the passive aggressive responses left me feeling uneasy. I had originally spoken to the officer that gave me a citation, then I got told to call the courthouse, then the courthouse gave me the DA’s number just for me to finally get told that I have to appear in court regardless to explain my situation there.
Updating this review: Our family member passed away from the brain damage he sustained as a result of his assault. We have still received no help from the DA’s office. The victim support advocate Ray Ortiz is also a joke to say the least, with no care at all for victims families.
