The real estate division of the Vernon Law firm had multiple lapses in communication before and after closing. Their lack of professionalism and candor was surprising and disappointing.
The attorneys failed to communicate well with the mortgage company and get an accurate payoff record. After the mortgage company recognized the shortfall, the office did not communicate with is in a timely fashion and cause us to accrue interest and fees after the original closing date.
Everyone is so friendly...have had to use this firm twice and would recommend highly
