So, tried to renew tags on a vehicle that I have owned for years online. Can't find paid property tax receipts I am told. Turns out the Assessor's office typed in the wrong VIN when submitting to the DOR. Are you kidding me? Then I am treated like I did something wrong. What the hell do we pay these people for? Aggravation, that;s what. Simple job...............turns out we have simple people trying to do it too. I would give them zero stars, but I can't.
I had a bit of a mix up on my tax statement this year. They were super nice and fixed everything over the phone, saving me a trip in. Great experience.
