I have worked with Doug as a colleague. He is the accountant for my client's girlfriend. I prepared the books for past due returns for 6 years corp. and 6 years personal for her. She is disabled. Doug came to his office reviewed my work and easily took the numbers and prepared her late returns. He is old school, very down to earth, layed back, and very very fair with his rates.
