Verne has done my mothers taxes for over 20 years. My mom has been audited by the *** and now Verne and his office staff refuse to speak to my mother. It has been over a year and they will not answer her phone calls or emails or return phone calls or emails. She still does not know why shes being audited. I can only assume by the behavior of Verne and his office staff that there has been a mistake made on their part and they dont want to talk about it. They have treated my elderly mother terribly, and I would not recommend.
I've done business with this company for 23 years. In 2020 I had an *** audit which Mr. ********************** assisted with. It was impossible to get him to respond to phone calls or email. Came to a point when they would not even answer my calls. Mr ********************** NEVER did let me know *** outcome. I had to hire a new accountant to do my taxes for 2023, who is also investing the *** outcome.
