My first 2023 taxes where filed no issue 2024 taxes that's a different story after sending all the information via email that was asked I was told it would be reviewed to later to my knowledge and in the middle of trying to move and needing my 2024 tax form it was not completed, after calling and being told a multitude of times can I leave a message and they will call back, no call back after losing my patience on June 17th 2025 I called and asked for whatever documents they may have please have at the front desk so that I m... read more
Absolutely horrendous. They messed up our 2023 taxes so bad. We still do not have our 2023 return, the owner takes no responsibility for all the issues they have caused us. We had to return a $12,000 check from the IRS to them because they messed up so bad and they still have not sent it back to the government so now we are getting bills from the IRS because of their incompetence. Do not use them! They have also messed us 2 other large companies taxes from 2023 that I know of personally.

One positive experience and two negative ones to follow... I worked with Paul Verna in 2019 to correct quite a few mistakes I had made while filing my own taxes in 2018. I had moved states, my city tax was different, this was the age when you would receive a penalty for not providing proof of health insurance.. It was a total mess.
