Solid company super busy around tax season which is understandable. Doesn’t bother me to have to reach out during 1 month of the craziness just to see how things are going. The rest of the year they’re great. I appreciate them going through my taxes thoroughly. It’s even better when you deal with the same person year after year. The rapport helps a lot. Mark Nom is our guy. We would never go anywhere else.
My first 2023 taxes where filed no issue 2024 taxes that's a different story after sending all the information via email that was asked I was told it would be reviewed to later to my knowledge and in the middle of trying to move and needing my 2024 tax form it was not completed, after calling and being told a multitude of times can I leave a message and they will call back, no call back after losing my patience on June 17th 2025 I called and asked for whatever documents they may have please have at the front desk so that I m... read more
