I'm 13 months into a 24 month contract. Can not wait to get out of it. I have had issues that they have worked with me with but as we have collected the data, found they show 950 upload and download speeds on their end. I showed 850 download and 9 upload hardwired directly to their outside box. Since then radio silence from them. I lose Internet daily. Morning, noon, night. Name it. We switched to V-Tel tv because we had our tv with another provider, and our land line with another provider and wanted to consolidate all 2 services with our internet. We have a 3 story house with 2 tv's downstairs, and one up so they neeed to add another mesh router. The original router placement was downstairs but due to the configuration of our house, there was a communication issue that took about a week to resolve. No lobby service. Use a phone outside to call Vtel while you are standing on their porch. Apparently, they don't know what a doorbell is.
