Our experience with Vtel has been awesome. Was able to get a fiber connection set up and a static IP assigned with no issues whatsoever. Special shout out to Leo DeLaFuente and Rachel the Engineer for the assistance but everyone there has been great to work with.
My internet went down due to unresolved account issues. Colleen answered my support call and was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and got the problem resolved quickly. How rare it is, these days, to have customer support that actually feels supportive! I truly hope that Vtel never outsources their support offshore or to an AI bot - they are one of the few companies left where you can still speak to a human being without getting transferred 7 times to get to the person you need to speak to.
