No lobby service. Use a phone outside to call Vtel while you are standing on their porch. Apparently, they don't know what a doorbell is.
Been with Vtel for the past 10 years. What started as an affordable option for wifi in a rural area turned into something completely intolerable. From daily outages to days worth of outages. Their tech support team is pleasant enough but after the first 10 or so calls you kinda just feel like you’re calling them to turn your wifi back on. Here’s a tip! Fantastic service! My wife and I have had internet service through VTel since 2020 and it has been great, and their customer service and support has been outstanding. Highly recommend!
