The Vermont Salt Cave Spa & Halotherapy Center is a contemporary wellness center built around a man-made salt cave composed entirely from Polish pink rock salt and located in the foothills of Jay Peak in Northern Vermont. It is the only salt cave located in a classic barn in the USA. A variety of healing modalities are available including massage, hand and foot detox, body wraps, infra-red sauna, sound healing, Reiki and more.

I received a gift certificate to the salt cave and I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a wonderful respite from the madness. Sarita was warm and accommodating, sharing stories and bonding over signs from the universe. We did the salt cave and a foot soak treatment. Will definitely return!

This place is an absolute gem. I came here for my birthday and it was the best decision I made. Sarita is so kind and knowledgeable about her practice—I just knew I was in a safe space and I enjoyed every minute of it. I did the infrared therapy, foot soak and the salt cave spa. My favorite hands down was the salt cave — I haven’t had a sleep like that in ages! Do yourself a favor and schedule a day at the Vermont Salt Cave—your body and your spirit will thank you!
