After going to other physical therapists on and off for over a decade, my experience with Noah was transformative. He helped me unravel the root causes of my chronic back pain with gentleness, curiosity and a sense of humor. Noah’s treatment approach was creative and individualized while remaining grounded in science. He was patient throughout my learning process, and even though it took some time, I never felt he had given up on me. In every session Noah was warm and genuine, generous with his knowledge and energy, and trul... read more

I was referred to Noah for some pre-surgical postural work and I was amazed by the level of care I received. Noah is attentive, caring, and encouraging as much as he is knowledgable about his work. He is dedicated to tailoring therapy to his patients' needs and goals; I could not recommend him enough. Thank you Noah for helping me in my pre-surg journey!

I cannot recommend Dr. Noah Book more highly to anyone looking for an insightful, effective, and integrative physical therapy experience. I received care for an injury and went from having pain while walking, to running a half marathon pain-free! The combination of Postural Restoration, functional range exercises, and other techniques created an extremely effective, holistic plan for healing injuries but also preventing future ones.

Noah is a rare and precious gem; kind, gentle, good humored, and pragmatic, with a wealth of information and a hunger to continue learning. This is the perfect combination of traits to help people who are suffering from all of things associated with chronic issues. He has helped me feel more in control and equipped with the tools I need to manage my health day to day. When I am struggling, he is supporting and nurturing. He listens deeply, make me feel truly heard and understood, and responds thoughtfully. There is nothing m... read more
