Great bank, staff is very friendly!
Kind and respectful is what VFUC in Middlebury has and I enjoy each teller.
Middlebury branch staff are always cheerful and helpful. No longer waits. VFCU mobile and online banking work great.
Its professional and I use it as a shared branch, the only thing I dont like is they made me come inside, after using drive though 3 times. I usually have alot of pain and sometimes its alot to come out car. Its like a foster child feeling. But thats the policy. I just use it to whith draw money and there's usually just 1 or 2 people online. So pretty quick.
Always have a very good experience! Teller caught that I had 2 checks with issues. She was very professional and courteous. And apologized she couldn't deposit them. I thanked her for doing her job and catching the issues! Glad I'm a member of VFCU!
