I've been a member here for decades. I would really like to say the customer service representative Sam is really rude.
The service here is bad. Tellers who tell you to do things on the app instead of doing there job. I came out of my way in 90 degree weather twice when I could have been told the first time they can not help me unreliable. Never again!
