Never talked to anyone more lazy then these people been being told for three weeks that my return was coming first phone call saying "I don't know why it hasn't been prossesed" and I even asked them if there was anything they needed from me got told no only to receive papers in the mail a week later saying they needed proof of my daughter call again anther week later "oh we'll get it processing it should be in your account next week" anther weeks goes by call again oh it will be there on the 30th they've had my return paper ... read more

I called this morning right when the office opened to try to get answers to a sales tax problem that had been very frustrating for a long time. I was met with the friendly voice of a person who helped me understand exactly what I needed to do, and they made sure that my account was in order and operational. I am very thankful for the kind and thorough help!

After reading the reviews, I expected a long wait on the phone and possibly a not so helpful employee on the other end of the phone. I got through to a real person, in under 5 minutes & she was very nice, knowable & helpful.

I have called the individual tax department several times either with questions or to check the status on a filing and have always received courteous and helpful responses. Once, when I had made a mistake, the examiner worked with me over the phone to correct the issue and get my refund to me faster. Wicked better than calling the IRS.
