I'm a vintage female with a standard, run of the mill bike that needs some minor brake work. I emailed at least 5 bike shops - only 2 replied, and Darren's response was the quickest and most detailed. Nothing against expensive bikes, but it's so nice to find a bike shop that cares about ALL bikes. Hubby and I are now customers for life!
