I wanted to support my local bank and went to open an account. First teller directed me to another teller. Neither introduced themselves or said welcome or thank you for your business. Very disappointing.
After 25 years of people banking with you treat them as if they are a valued customer. Was friendly bank in beginning but like all others we turned into being looked at like numbers and not people. Pulled out a HUGE amount of money from Vermillion because they wouldn't even try to work with us on interest rates on money market. When we closed account, we were asked why? Because you didn't care.That's why.

I love Vermillion State Bank! They take the time to get to know their customers on a personal basis and have gone above and beyond for me many times.
I always go to the Lyn Way Branch and the customer service is excellent.
